A question about EB Games...

When you pre-order a game, can you cancel it or exchange it for something else? My brother said that I can't do it cuz on the back of the receipt it says that I can only exchange or return a game after 14 dayz from the day it is purchased. But the thing is that the game comes out in January, so technically I didn't get the game yet.

What do you mean, are you asking if you can transfer your credit on a pre-ordered game? If so, then of course, I have done that lots of times.As for exchange the game. That only works if the games is unopened. Hope that helped you out.

I didn't even recieve the game yet. I'm suppose to recieve it on January, but I wanna transfer the credits and get NFSU 2 instead. Thankz for the replies. :)
