Just wondering if this was a pre-order or is this is available now? I placed my order and got a confirmation email around mid-November but no Advance Collectors Guide yet....

It's available NOW, and if you got a confirmation e-mail from us then you know about the media mail thing. This seems a *little* late but I bet you get your book this week. I know the Thanksgiving holiday held up my shipper some.
