Best Xbox titles

I need to get my cousin an Xbox game for Christmas!He recently got back from Iraq( he did some secret servise/ bodyguard work) and rediscovered his old NES, and for a while he took me hunting for games :D He and his wife recently bought an Xbox. I want to keep up my rep of having good taste in games, so what are some games that are so good, hell have to like them :-P
I believe he already has Halo/Halo2, and some MOH games....any ideas?
Are there any RPGs for the system other than Fable?
