Does anyone know if Megaman the Wily Wars (PAL)
Will work on a Sega Nomad?

or

A Sega Genesis 3 with a Game Genie?

Or would an import adaptor need to be used, and if so, would you be able to use a regular cheap adaptor, or would it need to be an expensive one like a Nitro adaptor?

No and Yes with the game genie, but you need the special "Bypass" Code to have Wily Wars running (which can be found on gamefaqs.com under Hardware section for Genesis).
Plus, another important thing is the Game Genie will not work on Genesis 3 as well. So it's best to probably find a model 2 or 1 Genesis.

Wait, but you're from England...so why would need an adapter to play a PAL game?

Certian early models of Genesis 1 (The ones exclusively released in L.A. and NY) seem to run it perfectly fine without the bypass code, but those are fairly hard to come by.

Yes you can use Mega Key with dip switches on the rear it will allow you to play pal, brazilian and japanese mega drive games ... I have an extra one PM or e mail me or IM me if you wanna 2 buy or trade ... i have 2 extras left ..
