Will the Color Dreams carts work in a top loading NES? I ask because I just picked up "Bible Adventures" and went to test it out, and for the life of me I can't get it to boot up. My old school NES is... not working... at the moment, so I can't test it out on that.
Anyone? :D

I've never had a problem with either Bible Adventures or King of Kings on my toploader.

ditto, sounds like you picked up a faulty copy.

I don't have an exact answer, but it wouldn't hurt to give it a try, right?

Since the toploader has no lock-out chip, just about everything should be compatible.
I do have a problem with a couple of Color Dreams carts (Captain Comic definitely, I think Pesterminator as well) because the cartridges don't actually fit in my toploader. In order to play them, I have to take apart the cartridge and plug the chipboard directly into the system. Needless to say, those games don't get played often - in fact, I think I only played them once to make sure they worked.
I think the only Wisdom Tree game I have is Spiritual Warfare, and that has no problem plugging in and playing. I think my brother has a couple of the Wisdom Tree games too, and I've never heard him say that they don't fit in his toploader.

Curses! Well, I guess I'll just keep trying. I've had a couple of carts that I took quite some tweaking to finally play. Guess this is just one of them.
