I am just trying to shed some light on this. Perhaps this has happened to someone else? I have 2 Ultima Online accounts: 12.99 x 2 per month. And I just checked my online statement and it shows that they just took out $122 + charged me for my two accounts. It's too late to call them today and my bank is also closed.
Anyway just curious if anyone else has had simular dealings with them? First thing I thought was maybe my account(s) was hacked, but there's no way to charge my account by just doing that. Not sure how $12.99 x 2 came out to $122.. In any case I am extremly pissed. Perhaps it was a mistake.. But this is just crazy. I put a hold on my card to no more charges can go through just in case.
