N-Gage offers on ebgames.com/gamestop.com are they any good?

I nned a cell phone so I figured picking up the QD would be the best way to go. Looking on ebgames.com you get multiple (seems confusing) rebates and eventualy you pay$0. Im sure they make you sign up for a $0 a month plan for like 1 or 2 yeard. Gamestop has the same offer Im pretty sure.

Have any of you signed up for this offer? If so are there any hidden charges to get you back for paying so little? Please expalin!

I don't know about the offers but EB is blowing out first-wave N-Gage games from between $2 and $5.
