After many emails, I still haven't gotten my guide...Anyone able to get theirs?

We've delivered about a thousand of these already so something must be wrong or delayed with your order. Who are you? If you want to keep this a public issue that's fine but I'll need a real name and/or e-mail address to match up to my order list.

Keep in mind that if you're in the US delivery is free via the oft-sluggish USPS media mail process. I've seen books take two weeks to arrive.

If it's a problem we'll get it straightened out. Fear not, we've been around for thirteen years and have a spotless delivery record 8-)

Are you Robert from Manalpan? Your order has supposedly been re-shipped (according to my shipping guy in Vegas) two weeks ago... I'm going to check again with him today. I know holiday mail gets a little funky but I agree that this seems like an odd situation, having shipped twice and STILL nothing delivered to you.

Sorry for the hold-up but I promise you'll get your book.
