Toys r' Us recieved a Midnight Blue exlusive Advance that was part of an accessory bundle. Black Advances were available throughout Asia i believe.
Toys R' Us recieved the exclusive rights for the title Sneakers for Xbox although the game was available at launch in Japan called Nezmix.
I assume your refering to next gen systems and not the older systems. I would love to find out if any Dreamcast titles were exclusive. I should ask my friend at Block Buster if he knows of any. I'm still trying to get my friend to keep getting me those green Xbox Kiosk discs. I have 1.3, 1.4 and 2.0 as of now :D

IIRC, Sonic Limited Edition was a Hollywood Video exclusive; if you mean specific titles, there aren't any in the US, though there was Toy Racer in the UK which was some bargain title with proceeds going to charity, but I don't know if it was sold exclusively anywhere.
