Two questions:
1. What the heck is U.S. Special Standard? Is that like Parcel Post?
2. Why does is cost so freakin' much?
He also adds: "Add $3 if you want a federal postal agent to personally rush delivery to your home." I get the mental picture of some guy wearing sunglasses and a black suit with a mic in his ear coming up to your house and saying in a monotone voice, "Here's your Dreamcast, sir."
