Now that I got a PS2, I really need a PS2 memory card bad. But I'm super cheap. Anybody know the best route to take? I've looked on Ebay, but it seems like you have to pay $15 for one of these, with shipping included.

I'm more interested in paying 10 bucks.

Damn, back when I had a PS2, I had a memory card and a component cable, and when I sold my PS2, I should have kept the memory card and the component cable.

I was able to just buy a component cable off of Ebay for $7.45 with shipping included. Pretty good deal.

Anybody got any extra PS2 mem cards they want to dump for dirt cheap?

Check your local Wal-Mart or Target. I got a 3rd party 251 card for my cube for less than ten bucks.

Of course, you get what you pay for. Which is to say sometimes 3rd party cards aren't exactly "reliable"... which is why I only use the 3rd party one to store data I won't mind losing (Mario Kart ghosts, etc)

And of course, try Gamestop or (ugh) EB. They're sure to have some used cards for cheap.

I think Wal-Mart (double Ugh) has the PS2 Blue/Red double pack of Mem cards for 20ish bucks.
I haven't been in over 2 months though so that info could be useless.
But you should check a local shop for a used one if you want one cheaper. Should be able to find a used one 10-15 bucks maybe even cheaper.
