Scary. Though I actually did think "The Box" from MGS wasfunny.
I don't think ANYONE should dress up like game characters... unless they're these guys (http://www.mega64.com/)

sorry, but i enjoy cosplay. Doing it and watching it.
those are some pretty common costumes, so they look kinda weird.

I have on my HD back at my main computer a picture of these two cute Japanese teenagers dressed up in the Balamb Garden student outfit from FF8. I'll post it when I get back home.

wow. it's hard to believe that cosplayers actually have the guts to dress up as some of these characters. it's still hillarious though. LOL

I think these goons have more then anuff *guts* to go around. LOL For example, check out the nebbish dressed up as sailor moon rocking the fu manchu. Man oh man, thats just bad no matter how you look at it. LOL

same her soniko, i love cosplay, ive seen my share of good and bad.....some people are more creative than others....of all the ones ive seen...the only uncommon ones ive noticed was megaman, captain harlock, and the jet set radio team...i wish i had pics when we did the jet set team...we pulled it off nicely

I think it should be illegal for anyone to dress up as Mega Man.
Why?
Because i have never seen anyone able to pull off MM decently.
The JGR team was pretty good as was Wario, but it doesn't come close to the hilarity of Alucard. Oh if only I saved that picture. ROFL

Akuma is supposed to strike fear in people! Not make them want to hit the Krispy Kreme.

Well, the guy in the Mega Man costume was certainly mega, and he is a man...
MEGAMAN!
Anyway, cosplay's not so new. It's been going on for years in Europe. They call it "Shakesperian Theater."
