For xmas I just gave my dad my 2600 with all my controllers and games (32 of them). Waay back in the day some of them were his and I kinda "inherited" it from him (he gets the original console back and more! you know, they sure as hell don't make 'em like they used to!). He was happy as hell and the memories of playing these nostalgic games came back two-fold. I'm an emulation freak as long as I have a REAL controller, modified for pc use :) so I use the original controllers all the time, but something about the feel of the cartridges and selector switches just makes me giddy like a school-girl, know what I'm sayin'...LOL

One day my boyfriends dad walked in and saw him playing the Xbox. Hes like "Oh wow.Thats what games look like now?" and then he goes off about how much he always wanted to get a new Atari, and how he loved Donkey Kong, Frogger, Pac-Man, and Mario Bros.I guess they threw theirs away years ago. Mabey Ill get him one someday.

That's what my dad said about my dreamcast. He thought I was watching a football game (I was playing NFL2K). I showed him the camera controls and he was paractically drooling. LOL
