More Like Astroboy - Any suggestions?

I just got Astroboy tonight, and have fired it up on the DS. (The Omega Factor one, not the PS2 one.)

What a game! Treasure definitely knows how to make a game. This, Contra, Radiant Silvergun, Gunstar Heroes, etc.

This game is right up my alley. My question is this: any more suggestions on games just like this? Little (or big) unsung heroes that I might have missed?

No takers? I would say that this ties for my favorite "gravity affected" (not a flying game) side-scroller, with Gunstar Heroes. I hope someone will tell me more games like this.

And if you haven't tried this game, hurry and get it before it becomes a rarity.

You could try Advance Guardian Heroes for GBA or Gunners Heaven (Rapid Reload in Europe) for PlayStation. Gunners Heaven is a Gunstar Heroes rip-off if there ever was one.

Well, I tried Advance Guardian Heroes, which didn't seem all that great after playing the Saturn Guardian Heroes. But I'll have to check out Gunner's Heaven. I have actually never even heard of that.
