So is THAT what it's worth? My goodness. First one I've seen on eBay, though that's not saying all that much.

At that price, the least he could do is give free shipping

That's pretty decent shipping actually.
Shame he's not the one selling the Genjin 2 guidebook as well :(

I've never understood the value of guidebooks. To be fair though, I've never had a use for them. It just doesn't seem right that a book that makes the game an exercise in repetition could be equal to, or more valuable than the game itself.

I'm not saying it's a bad price for shipping, just that since they're charging $105 for it, they could at least ship it for free.

An item is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. It doesn't matter where they buy it.

I've got a handful of Japanese guides. Why do I buy them?
- Sometimes you'll get some interesting text (i.e. character bios in Metal Gear Solid; I'm pretty sure some of it's not to be found in the English guides)
- Artwork. PRETTY PICTURES!
- Coolness factor and such.
And of course, if I read Japanese, there's usually a healthy dose of inside information.

I guess so...but if the buyer doesnt know if its worth it. Then he shouldnt buy it as he has no idea. So he asks us if its worth it? Then he'll buy it if we say yes...if no then whatever.

Yep. Does not look like many people agree it is worth $105 since it is still available.
On a side note. Did anyone notice how many days this item is available for? I just checked and it has 40 days left! How much does it cost to run an item for that many days as a $105 BIN? I would think it would cost quite a bit.

I'm not positive but I think that auctions like these are through his eBay store and not regular auctions. I believe that all store sales are for set prices only (not auctions) and can be listed for extended periods of time.
