Ok, this is my first Mr. Driller experience, but are ALL Mr. Driller Games this hard?
I can't get past LEVEL 2 on Mission Mode. Is there something I'm missing or is this game just...hard...I've been at it for 4 hours.

Hmm... I was able to beat all of the main game levels (up to 2000) in 3 days. Have you ever played a driller game before? Is your problem that you're running out of air, or that you're getting crushed?

You're on the 500m stage, right? Yeah, the game is one of the toughest "puzzle" games I've played. It'll take quite a bit of playing to clear 500m and 1000m. But stay at it, because the game really shines once you're able to haul ass through the blocks at high speed.

Yeah, this is the first time I've played a Mr. Driller game before. The problem is a little of both getting crushed and sometimes running out of air. I'm past the 500m stage now though, gotta get through the 800m now! Items are gonna help me though. :)
I'm gonna keep at it!

Oh man I am so getting slapped down hard by the 800M on "Tha drilla" this is my first experience with the game. I am glad I'm not the only one. BTW I give it best of DS games out right now. SM64 was a joke to control. TW2005 is just really not that fun(putting sucks), Feel the magic is an okay experience, but Mr. Driller is the most fun I have had yet.

Wow... you guys are going to have some REAL fun when you get to the 2000 stage.
Here's a tip: Once you unlock the character Holzinger-Z (I think that's his name), always use him on mission driller because he can be hit twice once before dying.

My only advice:
Buy items.
I love this game and had the same problem as you...
It will come naturally...

i've spent the last 2 WEEKS on the 1000m level, until today i could not reach the 900m mark in it.... today i got to 987m. i wanted to murder the DS right there. GAH

Are you using items? The only items that I suggest buying for mission driller for now are the life-up ones, as they help tons. Just wait until you get to the 2000M level @_@

I'd suggest being the Robot guy, with speed up and all the life power ups. That way you get 20 lives, and he's pretty fast.
