My buddy and I are taking a road trip to Boston next week... does anyone on here know any sweet stores that sell NES games? Are there any pawn shops in this area that sell them? I found out that there is a Game Crazy near Boston, but that is the only store that I know about so far. Thanks alot

my buddy kevincure goes to school at BU. I've asked him to scope it out for me before, but he always insists that there are no video games in the area (or are always picked over).

You might try small towns along the way (old rental stores).

Theres a small little import game store inside a place called "The Garage" in cambridge. Other then that don't bother, Theirs really no place I can think of in all of Massachusetts.

it is pretty true that boston is without gameshops selling older games, the rents are too high to support that kinda thing. since gamestop stopped carrying them its been hard to find a place with more than a random handful.

the import game shop mentioned above might have 1/2 a dozen NES games but not much more. still though its now located inside a j-pop/anime fanboy shop so if you're also into that kinda thing its worth the trip to harvard sq. (his prices are very high BTW). i dont know which way you're coming from but if fall river is on your route check bobs games there as well as the gamecrazy. theres a place in weymouth called worldwide games thats somewhat good, a goofy store in salem...not much :)

ohh and i cant post this without adding -

there is no better source to find good classic gaming deals in new england than our trademeets! the next one should feb.27th right here in boston, PM me for details or to get on the emailing list.
