Figure out what's wrong with this auction and win yourself a prize, namely, not wasting your hard earned cash! (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=3644&item=8156880233)
Now I feel a bit silly for having bought palet_th's copy a while back at $72 - just a week before I let the same copy expire at auction for $60, and it had been on eBay for longer. For whatever reason I just dug in and stuck it out through a rather short bidding war. But this...is just stupid. Well, what I did was stupid, too, but not like this.

Is it the copied front cover or the lack of instructions?

Personally, I just want to know where dojar gets all his sealed games from!! He's always got tons of sealed Megadrive and Genesis games up. For example, he has a 'sealed' Time Killers for the Megadrive. And sure enough, it is shrink-wrapped - but I have never seen a factory shrink-wrapped PAL Megadrive game before now, so it does make me a little suspicious on that front.
And £39 for what is effectively a cart only Battle Mania is just insane. Did you see how much he is trying to sell his complete copy for?

He doesnt know anything about games or ebay
I think his sealed games are re-seals
The master system games are genuine, I know where they come from, but £50 for ghouls and ghosts, just because its Brazilian I dont think ANYONE would pay that much...
And btw isnt photocopying a game sleeve illegal?

It's the buyers who've bumped this one up. First bid was less than 1 Pound Sterling.
Is he pretty clueless the rest of the time? Well, I don't know ANYBODY who's looking for a copy of "Chuch Rock II," and check out THIS (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8155587977) nightmare, complete with screaming "ONLY 2 available!" in the auction subtitle. Yeah, sure. :o

Not really, since he can always argue it's just being thrown in there like a photocopied instruction booklet, which is a pretty common practice.. If the game cart itself was a copy (down to the ROMs inside) that would be illegal, and if he was just selling the game sleeve - again I'd say that's illegal as well. I'd actually go so far to say that privately made MVS to AES conversions are legal for that reason. You aren't messing around with the game data, just changing the way the media looks a bit. Is putting a sticker on a Genesis cartridge illegal?
