It's a cart with literally dozens of different games on it, including Karateka and Mario Tennis. I know that it's a bootleg, and it couldn't have hit the streets later than 1990. X_x

There are literally hundreds of these bootleg multicarts floating around. In fact, aside from the brand name ones, I have yet to see the same one twice.
