I'm looking for the game Risk and trying to figure out what the cheapest game system it's available for. I thought I saw something about Atari 5200, which is a system I already have but just haven't hooked it up yet. If it's not available for that one, I don't suppose it's available for any of the handheld systems, is it? What's the cheapest someone could sell me that game for?
Also, what's the best deal someone could offer me for upgrading to Nintendo DS from Game Boy Advance?

The 5200 version is a rumor, but it is available on a number of other systems as shown here in our online guide:

Then it'll probably have to be the Sega Genesis that I buy. I don't have a Sega Genesis system, but I suppose I can save my money and get one. Why don't they make it easy and put one out for Game Boy or one of the other handheld systems that have come out?
Can anyone here offer me a good deal for upgrading to Nintendo DS? I got a few game cartridges I can offer in addition for trade for one: Pac-Man Collection, Midway's Greatest Arcade Hits, Konami Collector's Series: Arcade Advanced, Iridion 3D, and Lunar Legend. Plus there's the Game Boy Advance SP of course.

I have a boxed copy for the Genesis, I could sell. If you have trouble finding it locally, send me a PM.

Trust me dude, The Genesis Version ROCKS! (My opinion).
And there is an official portable Genesis called the Sega Nomad. Not as common or cheep as the Genesis, but there is an official portable Genesis out there. There is also another awsome portable Genesis out there on the web that saw recently that this guy is making and selling on his site (I do not know the price). How coincidental that there is another post in these fourms that I have already recomended this to, it is titled "Guy's i'm in desperate need of a sega nomad". Anyways, the guy calls this thing the Sega Exodus. His webpage is benheck.com
Check this out, I do not know the price (so don't ask me, ask him), and just look at and compare this thing to the Sega Genesis and Nomad systems (the guy already tells you many pluses of this thing compared to a Nomad, but not the negatives (I will wright a few in just a second) and he dose not compare this thing to a Genesis ( witch I will leave you to discover)
As I said, he already tells you most of the positives of this thing compared to a Nomad, but he tells you no negatives, and that is what I will cover a bit now.
Things that the Nomad has that the Exodus dosen't:
O_O headphone jack
8-) AC/DC jack (yes there was a DC adaptor for the Nomad, I have one)
 seconde controller input
 TV output
 Wide desige (witch I prefer)
Just to name a few
Well, I guess I'm about done, and sorry to hi-jack another thread today, but I just wanted to tell you (JasonII) that there is an easy portable way to play the Genesis version of RISK!
Well, guess I'll let you get back to your RISK seeking!
P.S.

I have a complete Risk and an extra Genesis system I'd be willing to trade...but it'd have to be a good trade...PM me if interested.

Don't forget that the Nomad costs hundreds less than an Exodus.

It's a tough choice, since I've never been shown how to hook up a video game system yet. I listed some of the games I've got to trade, but I don't want to part with my Game Boy Advance SP system itself unless someone wants to trade me a Nintendo DS for it. I've got quite a few NES games. I don't know what all I've got for games right now. I'd have to check.

The only reason I say it'd have to be a good trade is that shipping on a system would be fairly high, plus it's my only copy of Risk. Let me know what games you got and we'll see if we can work a deal.

Okay, I'll check and get back to you. BTW, is the game Maze Craze available for any of the Game Boys?

I have no idea about the GBA, but according to the DP online lists, it's not on the GB or GBC. I don't actively collect handheld games, but I'm sure somebody else around here may know more.

I know I've got Super Mario Brothers 1, 2, and 3, Super Pitfall, Battletoads, and Tetris. Do any of those games interest you? Or do I have to look and see what else I've got?

Of those, I only need Super Pitfall and Battletoads (unless the Tetris is the Tengen version ;)), and since neither are rare, I would prefer complete copies (depending on the trade anyway...). Therefore, if it's not too inconvenient, I'd like to know what else you have.

Here's my list of NES games to trade in addition to the ones I already mentioned: Q-Bert, Vindicators, Journey To Silius, Monster Party, Rambo, Kung-Fu Heroes, The Secret Scroll Flying Dragon, Mission Impossible, Dragon Warrior, Super Jeopardy, Double Dragon II, Defender of the Crown, To the Earth, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Double Dribble, Yo! Noid, Star Tropics, Time Lord, Metal Storm, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Cybernoid: The Fighting Machine, Wheel of Fortune, Robo Warrior, Top Gun, Alien Syndrome, Bases Loaded 3, Hoops, Casino Kid, Mag-Max, Kabuki Quantum Fighter, Dr. Mario, Exodus Ultima, Pinball, Star Soldier, Chess Master, Xevious, Caesar's Palace, Dash Galaxy in the Alien Assylum, Daydreamin' Davy, Star Voyager, and Metroid. I also have a Game Genie I can trade. As for what I'm looking for it's a Risk game with either that Sega Genesis or that Risk game along with that handheld system, which I'd prefer if you can get that one.
God bless, Jason Irelan

Until then, check out TurboRisk, a freeware version of Risk for the PC. It should at least hold you over until you get one of those other versions. Plus it supports up to 10 players!
