try pawn shops and thrift stores. it's hit or miss, so stop in weekly or at least monthly...you never know. also, check out the buying and selling forum here.

and definitely hit up gamerush if your blockbusters have them...they very often have buy 2 get one free, and i find them to be cheaper than eb games/gamestop.

I'm pretty close to you(Spring) but, you can try Trader's Village. It's a good flea market.

You can get lots of PSX games on ebay for 2-3 bucks per game. That's the way to go for this system.
