Mat Mania / Exciting Hour for the x68000 and arcade :)

All the other ports of Mat Mania were pretty weak.

I'm going to have to go Fire Pro Wrestling D. Great battle system, and an incredible MYO wrestler feature. If you have a Nexus DC memory card (like I do), you can download edit packs to this day of updated rosters for all the leagues.

I actually prefer WCW vs NWO Revenge over No Mercy. But that line of wrestling titles on the N64 were great. I also enjoy the Smackdown series on the PS1.

Absolutely. So many things in this game that were really ahead of their time as far as wrestling games go.

However, my vote would go to Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 for N64. It takes all the good stuff from all the previous AKI/THQ games and then adds a bunch more. Sweet game.

WCW vs NWO Revenge deffinitly!!!! one of my all time fav games, just cuz u could be the executioner or dr. frank!!!! w0000000 we used to have late night first blood matches at my buddys house , usually ended in a real fight, sooo frustrating, expecially when someone cheated with the joystick, bastards!

I liked WWF Attitude. At the time it had the most extensive create-a-player ever. I had a blast creating myself, my friends, celebrities, wrestlers that weren't actually in the game, etc.

For those of you that love WWF No Mercy and that line of games, look into importing Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 on the N64. That's the best wrestling game AKI ever made.
