I kinda enjoyed being able to beat the whole game with the kick button and seeing the cheesy ending (it was sorta cool)

Picked the SNES version up for a buck, played through it once (it's easy if you set the rounds to 1 and the round timer to 10 seconds...hit them once then just dodge!) and promptly stuck it in my "sell" pile. An "interesting" game in several ways, and quite possibly the best example of a celebrity license gone awry...

A buddy of mine has an unnatural obsession with this game...I think he has it on four different platforms (there is a Gameboy version, right?) and he even made me do a remix of one of the songs from it...oh man, now it's in my head again. :frustrated:

BTW I haven't played much of the game - ten minutes in I think I fell asleep. The graphics aren't bad though.

i liked shaq fu...when i was younger....i remember i rented it and tried buying it from chips & bits, but they wouldnt sell it to me since i was a kid...lol...im sure if i played it now i wouldnt see it the same way...but from what i remember...i liked...:P

I remeber playing this years ago, and that mummy boss would always beat me and really just piss me off. Years later, I found a new copy of it in a Thrift Store. I beat the game in less than 15 minutes.

Yeah, it kinda sucks, but it's still fun.

I have it for the Genises and SNES. I have only played the genny version.... and only for like 5 minutes.

As much as the game sucks, it is one of my favorite games to look at. I love the cover. Who knows maybe one day I will actually sit down and play it, might actually be a plan for tonight.

Don't have that one, but I do have certain games just because they suck. For instance, I have every home version of the incredibly awful Revolution X. This is also because my girlfriend is an Aerosmith fan.

I know i have said this before.
I owned it as a kid(Genesis version) and beat thru it much more than once. Didn't think it was bad.

Bought it again about 4 years ago played thru it beat it again was over the 10th time.

I am debating picking up a sealed copy for SNES but at 10 bucks it isn't interesting me enough.

It would be awesome to say "I have Shaq Fu for every system it was released on"
Somehow i don't think very many if anyone else could say that.(or would want to)

Isn't the genny version one of the largest (32mbit) cartridges made? I was checking it out again and the graphics and sound seem excellent but the gameplay is a bit lacking :)

I think my local EB has 8 copies all for $2.99

But hey, you got to love hot voodoo women :)

I believe I have the Genesis and SNES versions. Haven't ever played them though...I should do that some time.

From all the bashing, it seems people have more fun playing with their own feces than this game, which they say is almost the same thing.

I'll have to put that to the test soon.
