UN Squadron - SNES - 5.00
Star Wars Episode 2 - DVD - 5.00
Rush - Signals
On those three things alone, I'd say you got one hell of a deal. :D
I intend to buy meself a few games that seem appealing to me, such as Viewtiful Joe 2, Ninja Gaiden (XBOX), Outrun 2, and Ninja Five-O, to name a few. I may not get around to that on this weekend, but we'll see what happens.

Kid just brought me Need For Speed Underground (PS2) and wanted 5.00 for it so he could eat. LOL I love these mallrats around here.
So that means I have the PS2, Xbox and PC versions of this games, paid 13.00 total for all 3, and still haven't played the damn game!
But I got all 3 for less than the price of one used copy.
Ahhhhh.....the life of a collector.
LOL

One of my New Year's Resolutions was to stop buying so many different systems and stuff and actually try and spend more time playing games.
Stopped by the thrift store on the way home, found a complete Sega Saturn for $10. So much for that! Picked up six sports games to go with it for $3-$4 each.

replaced my non-gh tekken 3 that my sister in laws brother destroyed - $5

You folks have all the luck!
I can't ever find anything good around here. The flea markets are obviously closed due to the VT winter and I haven't heard about any indoor flea markets so far.
I got a heavy sixer 2600 for $4.99 Cdn at Value Village.

Checked over the Atari games I bought, 79 games in all. Unfortunately a lot look like butt, there are a good bit of doubles, and the highest rarity out of all of them is an R2-3.
Meh, oh well, if I get 18 games out of it that I need I'd say that I got my 18.00 worth! :D

Colecovision, Roller Controller, Driving Controller
Inty 2 with voice (beat up voice)
Blackhole ASsault SCD
SNES Chrono Trigger almost complete (on eBay right now under seller ianoid)
10 Inty games- best Super Pro Football complete
around 15 CV games- best Nova Blast, BC II and several instructions
a few genesis games
for $80. Not super cheap, but not bad either. The Chrono alone should pay for it.
I also was happy to get a Casio MG-880 LCD calculator game for $1.
I was pretty pleased, because all this was after a guy refused to sell me a flattened Genesis Jungle Book box/inst and Robosomething instructions for a SNES game for 50 cents. I picked them out of some box of total garbage. That stuff would have been sacked for sure, and the guy was just too big for anything under a dollar in sales. Ah, California. When you sell alot, the little things add up.

Blast you! I've been looking for that game! Is it only a European release, then? I had it once when I was younger, loved that game...
As for me, no luck at the pawns. I found a Genesis/Sega CD combo for $45, but it only came with two games (Puggsley and Cliffhanger, bleh). The other one I frequent was closed. :(

@ Gapporin - I gather it is a Euro only release...manual comes in 6 languages and such. Pretty fun game, very surprised to see this in a comic book store. Happy to see it works on a US system...I'm never sure how that all works.
Also surprised to still see it there 3 months after I first saw it. Guess the Sega Master System stuff doesn't sell as well as they thought :)

I ran out today (Sunday) and found myself a stingy yellow SNES, with all hookups and controllers for 5 bucks, and a copy of RBI Baseball 2 for NES for a buck (Canadian funds)
I didnt really need either, but I want to try my hand at painting the SNES a nice red/black motif, and I dont have RBI Baseball 2 yet
Still... 6 bucks total is not that bad

anyways, you guys can call me parker lewis(obscure 90s tv reference)...this past week has really improved my collection. and my first purchase of the new year?
dragon ball GT final bout (the old one) - $14.99. this is the game i dreaded, as i am a cheap bastard and do not spend high money and most things. this one is not mint though...the instructions are well worn, its missing the rear insert...but the disk is like BRAND NEW. idve paid $15 for the disk alone and scratched...
some little kid was eyeballing it...put it down, walked away..and will never see it again.
gunDUM battle assault - complete - 2.79
tomba! - 12.59

if anyone has dragon ball gt final bout (the first one) and would be willing to scan the rear insert it would be greatly appreciated. you can watermark "copy" on it or whatever, i dont care. i just want it to look good in my collection and im not the type of guy that would misrepresent the inserts authenticity if ever i sell this game anyway.

DC cont. ext. cable $2 O_O
