I got the older version Logitech controller from Game Crazy (used) for around $20, and it didn't come with any instructions. It's this one:

On my PS2 racing games, I'm noticing that the buttons aren't giving me an analog response for accelerating/braking. I must be in the wrong controller mode. Does anyone have an instruction manual so I can understand how to put the controller in analog mode?

Here's one more question: Has anyone had any success in getting this to work on their XBox using a controller adapter. The adapter I've tried to use it with has not been compatible. It's the PS2 to XBox/Gamecube adapter (got it at Wal-Mart). What's odd is that it seems to be 100% compatible with my Gamecube when plugged in to this adapter-- just not the XBox. . .

the odds of compability depends on how you need to toggle analog mode like for instance ps2 requires you to push the middle button wich you lack on most games while some auto toggle it.

xbox is a pc in micro so its not uncommon that the controller works like a charm and as for the gc i doesnt have any toggleswitches for anloge but it may lack the Z button
