I have a paypal account and I buy stuff off ebay. I haven't sold anything yet. BUT let's say I sell somthing to someone on this forum....Am I able to have them just ransfer money into my account....how would I go about telling them to do that....what info would I have to give them....or is that an extra fee or somthing from paypal.

You would give them the email address that you used for your paypal account - that is you account name as far as Paypal is concerned.
There are two types of Paypal accounts - the regular one dosen't charge a fee for incoming money - but you can't accept credit card payments. The other kind will let you take credit cards, but will charge fees on all incoming funds, credit card or not.

This is off topic but to answer your question...
When you pay someone through Payapl, PayPal takes their cut out of the money you send. So you can guess that when someone sends you $5 for a game, youre only gonna get about $4.50 +/- out of it. Thats why I always send an extra $.50 when I make a deal.
If you want someone to send money to your paypal account, just tell them the email address you use for your PayPal account. Its very very easy.
You will have to go into your Paypal account and update it to make sure it knows where to send your money when you get paid. I always just let my money sit in there so I can shop with it later.
