New PC, old soundcard support

Ok, I want to play NBA Live 95 for the PC (still one of the best basketball games of all time) but it won't run because I don't have an ancient Soundblaster. Anyway to make this worK?

It's awfully hard to say, since you neglected to say what card you have other than an ancient SoundBlaster.

If it's a DOS game, DOSBox or VDMSound are usually worth a go.
