How do I post a tradelist link?

How do I post a tradelist from my PC? Do I have to up load it to a site first or can I Link it from my pc? Some one please explain for me.

i think you have to have it upload to a site ..then linked..... x_x .. i try start a list on IGN but screwed up and forget my password..and i mistyped my email address !! :roll:
