a friend of mine is looking for a rf for the mini. i havent a clue what it looks like. can a regular ps rf work in a mini? i imagine not but i truly dont know.

yup, the regular RF's work just fine. The only things that wont work are the power supplies considering the old one was AC and the new one is a DC adaptor type one. The AV hookups and everything else are all the same.
