Body Count: Released for Genesis or only Mega Drive?

I've been wondering if it's a mock up or the real thing. I've never seen a U.S. copy of it and doubt it exists. Anyone know for sure?

Brazilian Genesis, yes. US Genesis, no.

The console was called Mega Drive in Brazil. Only the US got Genesis.
