I noticed that "PayPal Account Requited" is listed under the price. Does this mean that since a bid is a binding contract with eBay that he will be able to automatically charge your PayPal account in some way? If the seller can then he is probably waiting for someone to place a fake bid and charge them as the winner anyway, if that is possible.
