A mysterious "object" related to SNK/Neo Geo has been in my home for some time, as it is getting a little bored and would like to feel some new love I decided to organize a raffle to find it a new home.

Rules :

- Raffle is open to anyone who has a Paypal account.
- Entry is $1 and limited to 3 entries per person.
- The Mysterious Objec's value can be anywhere from $10 to $30.
- Shipping is my responsibility.
- No return, no regret, no complaint will be receivable - it's a mysterious object after all!

If you were simply giving this unnamed, unidentified object away, you'd have a host of entries. But asking folks to fork over a buck for something they don't know the value of? Ain't gonna happen. After all, this is DP - the home of the "Give cool shit away for FREE" contests.

I tried this about a year ago here and it was locked within hours. I can understand the hesitation concerning raffles, especially where the method of drawing is unclear, even though I know Howdoin is a good guy from NG.com

We shall see what happens I guess.

Hopefully it won' get locked, I'd be happy to give "object" details to a Mod if necessary. It does have a value, and shipping it will also have a value for me. I am not expecting to be making any money out of this (unless there's over 50 people then I'll make some), just trying to cover some of the cost.

As for the Raffle, I'll write little papers w/ name of participants and draw from a box.
My wife willl supervise me if necessary and she'll hit me on the head if I cheat...

Raffles are frowned upon. Selling (or giving away) the mysterious item, however, is fine. :)
