We've had plenty of threads about users with really bad feedback .. but that's pretty easy to achieve, really. The real challenge is to maintain a 100% positive record. If you sell at all, then the more transactions you do, the more this becomes as much a matter of luck as it is of hard work - there are plently of people out there who are happy to leave a neg for no more reason than they think the shade of red on the lamp you sold them isn't what they wanted ... and without even asking about returns / refunds...
So .. who can give the biggest 100% positive feedback score? Extra kudos for high proportion of feedback as a seller ....
I will start the bidding low with this guy:

Shouldn't be too hard to beat. C'mon now, show me what you've got!

I had over 1000 rating with 100% until I got a neutral and a negative from people who never paid me. I almost always leave negative feedback for buyers who don't pay.

It's total luck to not get a negative if you are an honest seller. I'm not as impressed with sellers ratings who sell new and overstock merchandise as I am with people who sell collectible/vintage merchandise and have good feedback for grading and packing.

My thought is that I don't leave neg feedback unless it's really, really warranted - and so far, even faced with a few slimy/careless/don't care types, I haven't left one (I have refused to leave any feedback more than a few times, though - they aren't getting my help for crappy service). If I was a seller, I might suppose that sticking them with the NPB was bad enough and not risk it...though if they hadn't gotten any neg feedbacks alerting the problem, or none recently, I would definitely do it as a service to other eBayers. I dunno, it's a game to me.

I have 191 positive feedback and only 1 negative, which I got because I left a seller a negative for being a total dick, so he gave me on in return.
That seller " pelana" has over 5,000 positive feedbacks received, and no negatives at all. That is some amazing feedback!!! I remember seeing a seller who sold books, who had over 100,000 feedback, but they also had a TON of negatives.

while not as impressive as over 4K, DP's own "ianoid" has a nice ebay stat sheet:
Feedback Score: 1498
Positive Feedback: 100%
Members who left a positive: 1498
Members who left a negative: 0
All positive feedback received: 1989
I've sold him stuff on here (see Feedback forum) and it's no surprise to me.

I would just like to mention how it is MANY MANY MANY times easier to be a buyer with 1000s of feedback as it is to be a seller with 1000s of feedback. Of all the people on this board with only 1-5 negs, how many of those negs were given to you by buyers?

OK, so pelana is pretty impressive, on 4592 with no negs ... and all the more so as almost all of his feedback is from buyers. Personally I only have about 800 feedbacks with 2 negs. Both of which are from buyers. In fact, both of which are revenge feedback from non-paying buyers who I negged!
And all my neutral feedback is from buyers too ... mainly due to things being damaged in the post, and the buyer not bothering to check with me about possible recompense :/
So then ... can anyone improve on the 4592?
