Not a place to get it, but a review and some interesting tidbits, along with screenshots. Except for this little excerpt,
Mr. Pants actually began life as Nintendo's Donkey Kong Coconut Crackers in 2001, but with Rare jumping Nintendo's ship in favor of Microsoft, the DK elements had to be scrapped.
I thought nintendo owned something like 40 percent of Rare, and just sold their shares, which Microsoft bought? I don't recall them jumping ship from Nintendo.
All I can tell you is that Mr Pants has been released. Can't find a place to purchase it online though

I've heard that several people have bought it from the Wal-Marts (but the ones in Canada). Maybe I'll have a check around for it later this week. What genre is it? :)

I can get it here. Picked up a copy the other day and can most likely pick up more if someone wants em. I'd have to drive to town, buy em, pack em, and ship em though. As far as I know they're available locally....I don't know where else they're available though.
And for the record, it's a puzzler of some sort. I haven't gotten around to opening mine but SamuraiSmurfette said it was a sub-par puzzler...she opened her copy and played it.

It's available in Canada but hasn't been released in the US yet. There was some talk that the US release has been cancelled.
@maxlords: Let me know how much one would be (shipped to the US). Also, if you can PM me the part # off the cart I'd like to add it to the GBA database.

I found it rather curious that publisher THQ listed that it was available for purchase at both Gamestop.com and EBGames.com, yet neither site had it in their database.
I do recall seeing it in the computer at Gamestop...can't remember if it was listed as new and used or used only, though.

Since it was planned for a US release (this month I believe) and the rummored decision to cancel it here only came about over the last couple of weeks, both of you observations make sense. I've seen many developers & publishers list games that are intended to be out as available from certain retailers, including games that are delayed and cancelled. It appears that keeping web sites up to date isn't a priority.

Game Informer gave it an 8, I believe, in its last issue and 2 of the editors praised in their little "Now Currently Playing" blurbs. If it's as good as Denki Blocks, it'll be worth buying.
