Room of Dooms are now listed on front page

Check it out - the new gallery area I posted here last week has an RSS feature - that means I can use the galleries you post as homepage items. Take a look:

The gallery name becomes the headline and a link to your personal collection. The description field will also be displayed on the home page if you fill it in on your personal gallery page.

Yeah, this probably excites seven people on the whole internet, but I think it's cool. And it will continually update when new pictures are added or a new gallery goes online.

what am i doing wrong and how can i fix this so i can add pictures to my album

I see that you removed the gallery altogether - trying again might be a good solution. I haven't heard about this problem before. Does the message appear after you hit the button to upload or when you hit the buttons to grab a picture from your local PC?

i didnt remove the gallery....it just disappeared.....i dont know why

this is really cool joe. I just put some of my pics on. How long has that beyond the room of doom been up. I really dig it, I like being able to add and update photo's at anytime. very nice addition to the DP site. also cool to see my name and comments pop up on the main page when I was all done.

@Tholly I had some problems too when trying to upload photos from my desktop. I never figured it out so I just linked them from my site.

edit: I just noticed that my sub album posted on the front page as well as my main album.

The "Beyond" area has only been up for about a week. I haven't really gone into tweaking it at all, just letting it run on its own. I'll look around the documentation and see if that error message points to anything specific.

I found the source of the problem.

There are some anti-php WORM features installed. I had to lighten up one of the parameters so it would allow you to write using the form.

It's fixed now, in case you want to try it again. I just added one after getting the error you were getting.

well, i was bored, so i just went ahead and loaded them on my ftp and uploaded them from there....all 66 of my pictures and all 66 of my captions are now on the site

I've been having the same problem for over a week now myself. :( I'm glad to hear that it's been fixed.
