got my hands on this item and it's apparently of no use to me (needed a new copy for a better manual, and this can't help me), so here it is up for sale. $35 shipped within the US and it's yours. outside the US, please add $3. i will take PAYPAL only right now, thanks.
It is a former rental, although not at a hollywood store. there is no disk shield placed on the disk. the disk itself definitely isn't mint, has a lot of light scratches, but all things considered isn't too bad. i'd give it a 5/10. Plays fine in my personal dreamcast. It has it's inlay card and it has a cover.... but the rest of the manual has been seperated from the cover, and is not present. the jewel case was cracked all over the place, but i replaced that with a nice shiny new jewel case. see photos:
