What's the standard going price for a PAL Shining Force 2, and what's required to play it on a US Model 3 genesis?

mega key, super key, w/e import cartridge u can get. Of course, it has to be one of those that can pass the region lock.
Phew... hard to say - IŽd say about 20 $ for the PAL-version. IIRC all US- and PAL-games released before November 93 (or was it 94) are compatible without adaptor. Maybe someone can confirm (or even deny) this.
