well, that huge NES lot finally showed up on my doorstep.

all 170lbs of it. O_O

i'd take pics, but i'm moving saturday, so i figured it'd just be best to leave everything stored in the boxes.

2 filthy systems, one boxed ROB set (the only deck i bothered cleaning out), about a dozen pads, 2 MAX's, 3 zappers, 2 power pads, a broken power glove, an advantage that's turned brown, 2 shoeboxes full of flattened boxes, manuals, and styrofoam inserts...

but most importantly almost 300 carts in good -> excellent shape for the most part. :D lots of color dreams/tengen/camerica/etc. unlicensed goodies, plus almost anything worthy of mention (all 6 mega mans, boxed stack up, boxed FF, DK jr, math, etc.)

once i get moved and organized, and spend a lot of time with q-tips and alcohol, i'll get some pics.

From the description of the accessories/systems, maybe you want to spend time with the alcohol before the Q-tips? LOL

...yeah, but not rubbing alcohol. LOL i mean, i'm gonna have to do something to keep my brain from going crazy while swabbing 300 carts.

i spent about 2 hours constructing one pristine (well, as possible) NES from the parts of all 3 tuesday night.

the controllers are a bit chewed up, but clean. i'm not too worried about the hardware other than ROB and his accessories, which are all in great shape (not even any battery meltdown residue in the gyro spinner!)...the advantage is really the only accessory in "i don't want it in my house" shape. i wanted this for the carts. :) a clean NES is much easier to find.

hm. i'll have a party, and tell my friends the liquor is free...clean 2 carts, have a shot. i could easily put a dozen people to work, and have it done in no time!

if i had a time machine when i was a kid, and unknowingly ran into my future self, i would have killed my future self to get this many NES games.
