Damn, the Buy it now is 15k!!!!!!! I wouldnt spend that on a collection of books much less one damn book!!!!! :o

Before I clicked the link, I thought it was going to be for a first edition hardback of the first Potter book. Only 1000 of them were made, and most went to school libraries here in the UK. Hence that is very rare too!

But how do we know that it is indeed inverted binding? With the dirt cover on, it could be as easily true as it could be false (nothing's easier than flipping a dust cover...). In any case, that's nuts. I buy books to read them, not just because they're a coveted first print.
