Today I picked up one of the Commodore 64 30-in-1 (C64DTV), for only $10 at KB Toys. I was amazed since I thought these things were still selling for $30. Looks like their usual price is $15, on sale this week for $10.
Usually I shun these dedicated consoles, but I knew this one had been hacked so I figured it would give me something to do on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I've got the documentation, now I just need to gather some supplies and I'm off and running. If you are interested in doing the same just google for the documentation.
The unit itself probably isn't worth more than $10, not very well made. The selection of games is mediocre, but for the price I can't complain too much.
