Games that may become rare?

Sitting here, I was just thinking, What games will become hard to find, expensive games in the next couple of years? I have hard some people mention Disgiea and LPT. Just trying to get a heads up. :)

Phantom Brave PS2 looks like a sure fire winner for the next rare game since it's an Atlus Strategy/RPG
