so does anyone have a easy to print checklist of systems?

Okay, so I use this site ALOT. I have purchased both books, and use the rarity guide to look up games. Unfortunately to print out lists to put in a binder for inventory reasons is NOT PRINTER FRIENDLY. Has anyone here customized an easy checklist of games for each systemthat is more efficant and printer friendly? I also own Video Game Collector, but the print is so small it is very hard to highlight. Are there any suggestions for me so that I can use it to check my 4000+ games in a easy simple to use checklist?

I am most interested in NES, INTV, Coleco, Genesis, Sega CD. I KNOW I CAN Print off this site, but then agian, I am looking for something more printer friendly...Thanks, JOhn

Andrew Krieg has lists of the most popular older systems here:

What I did is copy-paste his NES list into MS Word and then (heavily) edit it to my liking and then print it off. It has a place to check off Carts, Instructions, and Boxes, but you have to use the find/replace function in Word to replace all of the "[X]" with "[ ]" since he's got his own collection listed there.
