The reason I'm asking is because I have a list of 3do usa titles and it's a little over 180 games, however, I just downloaded an old 3do commerical and they say a few times how the system has over 200 games for the system.
I'm assuming they are counting foreign games in that count or is my list just missing a few dozen?

To answer the question posed in the title of this thread, YES. I've got over a hundred imports and they all work on my US 3DO. I've heard some titles do not work, I have yet to meet one of those.
As for how many games US vs. import, use this:

Note also that game counts on this system will vary depending on the philosophy of the list maintainter's views of what is and what isn't a game. There are a lot of edutainment and interactive movie titles on this system that some may not categorize as games.

Wow. I was just going to ask this same question. So, now that we know, anyone know how Ultraman is? I remember drooling over screen shots when the system first came out and I was looking to get it. Being a huge giant monster fan, I'd figured I would track it down. Worth it?

It's crap. It's a tournament-style fighting game but the characters are super-stiff and have extremely limited move sets. You may enjoy it for the camp factor but as a game you're not missing anything. Play Rise of the Robots and you'll get the same general gameplay experience.

Ive found that the Japanese version of Road Rash wont play any music in game. In the options menu it says there is not enough memory (RAM).
This is probably because the Japanese 3DO had extra memory to load the Kanji characters, since my UK 3DO doesnt have this extra RAM, its probably why the music is comprimised.
