Shhhhhhh!!!!!
I have a piss-poor 17" Zenith television from 1993, hopefully soon to be replaced by a much larger flat-screen tv by the manufacturer of my choice.
Let me also be the first in this thread to say I enjoy playing games in rgb.
LOL
Sorry, I cannot resist. Please flog me now. :whip:

SHARP 27" Rear Projection (I think) 1991 or so.
Sony Reciever "Basic Model" with 5.1 and DTS, doesn't do Pro-Logic II though. And it sounds as good as any $1500 Reciever.

First of all, I say screw High Definition. Ive toyed around with that enough to realize what a hassle it is, because it messes up some images, at least in my experience.
Same with widescreen. Its nice until you want to play or watch something that ISNT in widescreen. Then its either stretched or "cropped". I dont want stretched so most people would end up watching more "cropped" images than they do currently.
"Flatscreen" is okay, but I see no real advantage. I like my curved screen.
That being said, I have 25" TVs with RCA composite video in two rooms. They do what they were meant to do well. In the living room we have a 32" TV with component and S-video connections. I tend to play newer systems on this.

25" philips tv. Once I get my own apartment and extra cash, I'll spring for a hdtv (thankfully by then they will be cheaper).

I have a 25" regular TV. I wish I had a huge flatscreen, but I would much rather spend all my money on video games then drop thousands on a single TV.

I make do with my 19" Sony HS93 LCD which I bought with my PC. It's crisp and clear, and suits me just fine.
Also have a separate CRT monitor the other side of the room too.
Don't actually own a TV as my PC is the centre of my room setup.
I do have a 6.1 surround sound speaker system with Sony Pascal speakers though. :-P

13" TV/VCR combo.
Got it as a gift a few years ago. One of these days I'll get something better.
I've done all of my gaming on the same set, since I only started gaming with the launch of the N64. An RCA 27" stereo tv that never DID seem to have "deep" stereo sound. LOL
That will change. I'm intending on doing a LCD set in either 27 or 32 this year. Those things are getting cheaper every month.

27" Samsung Dynaflat. It's not HD but it looks damn good in progressive scan.
I've also got a nifty 13" Samsung GXTV. Got it in a trade for Panzer Dragoon Saga. :P Great picture and sound for such a small TV.

27" JVC I'Art flat screen. That's one with a tube but a flat front. Nice high quality images. It's not HD TV or widescreen, but it's close! I'll be upgrading to plasma within the next few years most likely.
For the PC same deal, 17" NEC MutliSync flat screen, again with the tube :)
I've never mesured but a 17 inch Monitor for the DC and Xbox, by Gateway cost me 9.00 and works like a champ.
Another 15 incher for the Main comp, free!
15.4 widescreen for the laptop.
A Really old Sanyo mono RF TV. Made before I was born, pry in the late 70's. Sound cutrs out wen the screen get too bright and tghe color turn black and white.
A fairly cheap Panasonic 25 inch TV with dual AV plugs for my main game station.
All can be sean in my game room pics.http://photos.yahoo.com/nezerconezer

33" of some sort or other for my main gaming TV; I always use headphones. It has S-Video on back and standard three-pin composite on the front - I use whichever I've got cables for/the system supports (since both my SNES systems are Model 2s, no S-Video SNESing around for me -stuff still looks great though). For PC, I've got a 17" CRT for FPS games, and a 17" LCD (Sony I think) for MAME that works really well with everything - even polygonal stuff looks good on it.
I've got a 21" CRT, Sony make, Compaq P110 branded (that's from memory, I'll have to check...) that looks awesome but I've never been able to use it much. It just sits on the floor next to my bed right now LOL
