Some old lady bought little chirstmas porslin house from me other other day. The item in qustion was MINT, I looked at it very close.
Well I get this long email from her saying how it was cracked, So I reply with "Ok what do you want to do about this? You can send it back and get your money back or we'll give you a new one." well she did'nt like those options so she left me a negative feedback. What should i do about this? Leave her negitve back? tell every one how nuty she is? I dont know, this is my first negative.

Sorry this is not retro game related, please forgive me.

yes, neg her back, its the total seller experiance your reporting on, other sellers need to know this is an idiot (see my negging minefield post)

funnily enough I have just got my second idiot in one week,

this one claims to have mailed me twice, lies, as I said on my other post everything I sell is 100% buyer happy or refund on return,

and that the item was incomplete

yet the FIRST line of the auction description reads "Appears complete, check picture"( as in I dont know look for yourself) ..and like I said, had they mailed me to say bits were missing I would have refunded, no quibbles..

so I mail this idiot to tell them they should have read the description and they didnt mail me..

I get this reply... laughed my rocks off

"it did not show the playing cards at all so how could I possibly see thay were missing??? " @_@ @_@ @_@

I take great sympathy on people this dumb, and offered her a refund anyway, god bless she needs all the help she can get..

I ahve now reached a point that I dont care about negs, my response is always look at the auction, and let the public decide.. most normal people can see youve been fair..

EDIT/

Ahh thanks to replying to this Ive just found some more proof they are stupid liars.. in thier reply they claim to have mailed me on the 23rd of decmber and 3rd of jan... strange but my proof of postage is dated 23rd of Dec.. 4.15 pm (wow that one fast postman !!!)

Yes, I'd definately neg her back. You gave a perfectly satisfactory response and you tried to offer a refund or another one.

I mean, really, what the hell did she really want? She's not got a broken item, that you could have replaced, but wont now. And now she's also gonna have a neg as well.

What feedback should I leave for her?

I was thinking:
"DANGER Nothing could please this seller Way too quick to leave negative feedback"

You guys got any ideas?

I'd recommend being a little more descriptive about it...

"Seller was offered refund/exchange on defective item, left me negative instead, avoid"

Always looks better on yourself to be descriptive in your feedback instead of leaving anger fueled ones.
