I know that most people here are anti-preorder. But if you want t reserve a PSP, I found a good method for doing so.

Gamestop is taking preorders. Not many of them, but they are doing it. Typical deposit is $50.

They are running a special that allows you to trade in any 3 non-sport or non-wrestling games and get an extra $10 on them. The amount you get in trade is used as a reserve and you don't have to give them the full $50.

For example, I traded in 3 PS2 games(MGS2, SOCOM, and Haven), worth $1 each, ended up with $13.03 in credit, and got a PSP on reserve.

I then bought those 3 games back for $13.50.

Not a bad deal, just thought I'd mention it.

Wait a minute... you paid more to get your games back????? Why wouldn't you just put the $13.00 down? Didn't you just lose money?

He spent around 49 cents for a $13 credited PSP reservation.

8-)

I just did this myself. 3 PS2 games and a 27.00 credit later I am one step closer to a PSP.
