I really enjoyed Pokemon Puzzle Challenge, which is basically just the same as the N64's Pokemon Puzzle League. The later zelda games, Oracle of Ages/Seasons I also found to be quite fun. Mario Golf was pretty good too. There are tons of great games for the system, too many to list. Are there any specific gneres you enjoy more than others?

Kirby's Tilt and Tumble is innovative, you look like a retard playing it though. I will own it myself one day.
Tactics Ogre: Knight of Lodis and FF Tactics Advanced are very fun, lots of hours of play time.
Metroid: Zero Mission is excelent, and it even includes a port of the original once you beat it.
Zelda: A Link to the Past is a must have too, just cause.
