Skies of Arcadia Legends

What is the difference between the regular Skies of Arcadia (DC) and Skies of Arcadia Legends (GCN)

Are they 2 different games? or are they the same game with few changes (if so what are they)? Whats the deal?

I just picked up Legends the other day for the GCN and looking at the overall quality it feels like a DC game....so that is what im guessing.

I'm not sure of all the additions, but basically it's the same game as the DC version with and extra character.

As I can remember, it's been a while since I played(I really should pick up on playing the GameCube version again), there was a character added(her name slips my mind) that you basically fight...I think it's five times. And there's also an area in the beginning with some doctor and a little girl with a pet, the pet gives you items when you feed it. Also the Bounty Hunting is new. It's mostly just side quest stuff. Personally, I like the added stuff. Then again, I TOTALLY love Skies of Arcadia. ^^

I'm STILL looking for a copy of the GC one :( It's still silly priced here in Canada...can't get it cheap.

I think they also made it to have less random battles, because there was a TON in the orginal.

Random battling is definitely less often. And Pistol is the new character you can fight for massive XP (she's rock hard). You should be able to find SoAL easily in any shop now I would think, all the second hand copies have come out the woodwork. When I went game trawling with QoF in November, every game shop we went to had at least one, if not more copies of it for $20.
