GBA Flasher or Flashcard ????

Can anyone tell me about an item/cartridge that allows you to copy roms from a PC to a "GBA flashcard"....to play on the unit for awhile, then rewrite a different game onto the cartridge? Is it still available, and where might I find one? I don't want to go to "buying and selling" yet....not until I learn more about this item. Thanks

But please, don't go with size, go with quality, but a friggin flash2advance, the normal one, not the ultra. I post (spam) a lot on the pocketheaven forums, and believe me, there is always the whiner who said that he/she read some reviews wich said that XXXX card was good, cuz it was big, and then they come asking us like we were the ones making the things.
