Every now and again, people seem to go crazy about this one ...

Yowsa! That one edges out the £82 I think I'd previously seen it peak at.
I dread to think what the next copy of Adventures of Batman & Robin will reach - I think that's the only PAL MCD game I've not seen for sale over the last year or so (not counting the GDG titles, anyway).

Yeah? You didn't see my Shining Force CD sell for £102 a year or so ago? :D

I was quite pleased with that one. The last Batman and Robin that I saw went for about £40 - £50 if I remember right.

So you've seen a PAL Fatal Fury Special for sale in the last year? Hmm .. I must have missed that one!

Ah well .. I'll be throwing another Syndicate into the melee soon, so we'll see what kind of interest that one can maintain.

Ah, must've forgotten that one ;)
I saw a single copy of FFS early last year (Jan/Feb, I think) in a bulk lot of 40 or so games + console on eBay.de.
Didn't realise quite how rare it was at the time, but the seller would only ship to Germany and didn't take Paypal anyway :(

Bugger! I wish I had seen that ... German sellers are fairly often persuadable if you email them politely and make good use of Google Language tools :D

And for the sake of FFS, I would have sent cash in registered post, or done an international transfer (despite how much the banks here will rape you for one of those ... damn them!)

Yeah, it was pretty soon after I'd started researching MCD rarity, hence not realising it was quite so special. Ah well, live & learn... ;)

That's beyond even what I'd pay - and that's saying something. I think mine was £50 and I thought that was steep at the time.

Made that same mistake with the copy of Batman and Robin you mentioned. Got my FFS from France, 55 Euros shipped but have still never found another B&R. For some reason Marko doesn't want to appear for sale either.

Edit - The buyer's "1" feedback comes from a £16.99 BIN Shining Force cart game - do you think he's a fan? I saw that one too but backed out because it's a Japanese cart by the look of it.
